Tomas and rahmaneh, legally Thomas and Claudia Meyers, sometimes
nicknamed Tooma and rah, offer this website in response to the
immense benefits experienced from learning what Jesus (Eshoa in
Aramaic) said in his original language, Aramaic.
Tomas and rahmaneh's 33 years of marriage is based on a shared
commitment to love, truth, beauty, justice, joy, harmony, and
peace. They continue to hone these qualities in their own lives
and encourage others in this important work. They followed
Eastern modalities for
over
25 years, exploring oneness with Source through daily meditation,
yoga, chanting, song, prayer, and inspirational readings.
Then, they found within the words of Eshoa in Aramaic, the same
inclusivity and compassion that had been the nectar for them within
Eastern paths. Both Tomas and rah had been brought up in the church,
felt they did not fit within Christianity as they knew it, left
the church, and had little interest to return. However,
the words attributed to Eshoa had such an impact on them personally
and had the potential to similarly help the world situation, that
they have followed the inner lead to pursue learning and sharing
these amazing insights. Tomas is at heart, a poet-philosopher;
rahmaneh enjoys finding jewels amidst trash, and uses sacred
sounds as a way to infuse the human dimension with spiritual fullness.
They share their work here in hopes that it will inspire and inform,
so that more and more humans may acknowledge and encourage the
coming forth of their own Christ nature and support that miraculous
process in each other. If you want more detailed bio material,
it will be available soon in Timely Essays.
We want to extend this circle to include all beings alive on
the planet Earth at this time, people of all sizes, colors, nationalities,
sexual preferences, ages, religions, professions, propensities,
etc. Each of us alive now affects the consciousness, condition,
and direction of the web of life through our thoughts, feelings,
visions, intensions, prayers, songs, tears, laughter, and acts.
Like it or not, we are all interconnected and interdependent,
so let us do our best to deal with what the times present us with
and figure out together to best collectively proceed from here.
This includes animals, plants, insects, all forms of life on the
planet at this time. Most humans probably know by now that
the survival of all of us is intertwined.
W.A.W. includes all those no-longer-in-body relatives, friends,
heroes, teachers, saints, pets, plants, all those who are part
of our inner circle of beloveds. This includes all those whom
we have never met in body, yet whose work (through books, music,
film, stories, legend, etc) has touched our lives. And perhaps
most important, W.A.W. includes the One whose Name is UnNameable,
yet can be insinuated as God, Great Mystery, Undying Holy Presence,
Source of Love- Life -and-Laughter, All-encompassing Creationing;
you know The One.
